⚒️ OathForge Warranty & Returns Policy

At OathForge, every PC is more than a machine — it is forged for victory. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in your build.

🔨 1-Year Builder’s Warranty

  • Coverage: This warranty covers assembly-related defects for 1 year from the delivery date.
    Examples include: improperly seated components, loose cables, or thermal paste application errors.

  • Not Covered: Component failures (CPU, GPU, motherboard, etc.) are covered under each manufacturer’s warranty. Physical damage, misuse, overclocking, or customer modifications are not covered.

⚡ Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Protection

  • If any part is DOA within the first 30 days, OathForge will handle the replacement process at no additional cost, including shipping.

  • After 30 days, parts are serviced through the manufacturer’s warranty; OathForge will assist in the RMA process free of labor charges.

📜 Customer Responsibility

  • After the first 30 days, shipping costs to and from OathForge for inspection or repair are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Systems must be returned in original or equivalent packaging to prevent shipping damage.

  • OathForge is not responsible for damage caused during shipping due to inadequate packaging.

🛡️ Verification Process

If an issue arises:

  1. Remote Diagnostics – OathForge will first attempt to resolve the problem through email, phone, or video call support.

  2. Inspection – If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the system may be shipped back to OathForge for inspection.

    • If determined to be a build issue, labor and repairs are free under warranty.

    • If determined to be a part failure, OathForge will assist with the manufacturer warranty process.

🔄 Returns Policy

  • All OathForge PCs are custom-built to order. As such, all sales are final once a build has begun.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Returns are not accepted unless required by law.

  • 1-Year Builder’s Warranty (labor only).

  • 30-Day DOA Protection (parts + shipping covered).

  • Manufacturer warranties apply for parts.

  • Shipping after 30 days is customer’s responsibility.

  • No refunds once build begins.
