At OathForge, every PC is forged to order. To ensure smooth builds and timely delivery, we require full payment upfront before any parts are purchased or assembly begins.

🔨 Payment Terms

  • Full Upfront Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • No Deposits: We do not offer partial deposits or split payments.

  • Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or approved financing partners (where available).

📦 Order Process

  1. Place Your Order – Select your custom or pre-built system and complete full payment at checkout.

  2. Parts Procurement – OathForge immediately secures your components to avoid delays or stock issues.

  3. Build & Testing – Each system is hand-forged, stress-tested, and quality checked before shipment.

  4. Delivery – Once your system passes testing, it is shipped securely to your address.

🛡️ Refunds & Cancellations

  • All OathForge PCs are custom-built to order.

  • All sales are final once a build has begun.

  • Orders canceled before parts are ordered may be eligible for a refund, minus payment processing fees.

  • Orders canceled after parts have been ordered are non-refundable.

⚔️ Customer Protection

  • Every build is covered under the OathForge 1-Year Builder’s Warranty.

  • All parts are protected by their respective manufacturer warranties.

  • Customers receive build updates, stress test results, and verification before shipment.
